Biography

Greg Finucan, Broker and Centurion Award winner, entered Real Estate in 1989 and joined Century 21 Halligan Realty ltd in 1994. After graduating from the University of Toronto in 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Greg spent the next eighteen years in the Financial Markets, becoming one of the youngest Vice-Presidents in the Investment Banking Industry as well as establishing the Canadian Money Market Operations for one of the worlds' largest banks. With this extensive experience in dealing with and for people, as well as having all his Canadian Securities Licenses, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge , professionalism and enthusiasm to the career he loves, Real Estate.

 

Marilyn Finucan, Sales Representative, Gregs' partner and wife, joined him in Real Estate in May of 1992. With many years experience in the Land Registry offices, several years as an independent Title Searcher followed by ten years as a Senior Conveyancing Law Clerk for a major Canadian Law Firm, Marilyns' background offers a unique and beneficial knowledge to the Real Estate profession as well

 

.And now after 18 years. Marilyn has decided to retire and devote more time to her passions, painting, reading, our incredible grandson Alex , and new granddaughter Isobella, her Sorority and decidedly more time for herself.

 

She is delighted with ,and thankful for, her long career in Real Estate and will greatly miss meeting new clients and working to help them achieve their goals.As always she will be there to keep Greg focused and diligent.
